Raising the flop is ok against him. You don't want to raise the turn as he will fold all better hands and with a flop raie you get more off a draw with the chance of folding to a 3-bet.

I somehow like a turncheck behind here more as nearly all draws arrived and he won't call a worse hand anymore. You can make good riverfolds if he bets or call good cards to catch a bluff.
