Is there some way to extract the winnings by the hour of the day?

Is possible. Check 'Reports and than 'More reports', 'Date-time' and than activate 'Time-hourly'.

Thnx. Exactly what I was looking for.
Some hours of the day the sample is to low to really draw any conlusions. 21:00 - 23:00 I´m usually spending with my wife so it´s a gap there but possibly they would be like the surronding hours if I had a larger sample. It´s all in bb/100.
