I would check/raise the flop here for protection. There are a lot of worse hands that could improve on the turn or river and I would charge them for it. If any A, Q, J or 9 comes we will be guessing as to whether he made a better two pair or straight, and it will be costly. I would also stack off if he shoved over our check/raise on the flop as he will often make this play with AK, KQ, KJ or a one pair + draw hand.

On the turn us played we should lead to ~70% of the pot to protect our hand or make a small check/raise for value. Check/raise to ~300 chips looks fine to me.

As played. on the river I prefer to bet fold. I can't see many weaker hands betting there but we can get value from worse. Bet to ~40% of the pot and fold to aggression looks fine to me.
