could it be that the Helpdesk at NetBet is not responding to messages/emails.
I have sent a few messages to assist me with an issue, but after 3 days I still have not received any response.
Is this normal behaviour?
I did not have this problem on any other site I used before!

There are currently problems with missing balances, loyalty points, bonus information and hand histories after the migration from Poker770.
I expect they are being flooded with help requests so some patience may be required.
