iso raising to 250-300 preflop and playing it in same way postflop. I think folding flop is bit too weak. When villain shoves turn folding is only option.

I like your play. I would play it the same. Mp1 is such a passive fish, calling turn vs him would be really, really bad.

Would there be any value in shoving pre?
MP may well fold to a shove and the other stacks are very short, but then it is risking a comfortably placed second chip stack

Well you can shove as that will be profitable, but there is more value to raise smaller and keep his wide range in the pot.
