What's the purpose of this "not cap turn, donk river"? It can make sense in some situations multiway on certain boards, but not here. Either you have him beat or you don't; either cap + bet or call + check-call.

Yes! If he is a maniac i would easily cap the Turn. Not sure what hes 3betting with but since he's a maniac, he'll select enough trashy hands or weak draws, Ax whatever. You call the 3bet on the Turn for the reason of being behind too many times. Consecutively => c/c River.
If you think you are ahead => Cap Turn, bet/call River.
Any other line is just inconsistent. After you capped the Turn and you get raised again on the River, its just a bet/call!
Maybe you can tell us what you've thought when you donked out the River.
