Opponents is regular, bit on a spewy side. BTN 3bet 12%.

Preflop - I could 4-bet of course but his fold to 4-bet is like 75% so I flat here and keep ranges wide.

As played:

Flop - I've seen him betting small with weak hands and draws in the past so I guess it's a no-brainer call. I don't want to shove because I think I'm often ahead.

Turn - in my opinion people often check down their one card nut flush on turn, to avoid scaring off weaker hands and get value on river, that's why I think I'm still ahead fairly often.

River - obviously very strong bet, but what makes it difficult decision is the fact that he had been doing pretty bad this session and I witnessed him playing more aggressive/spewy than usual. Also, I think he would expect me to donk A of diamonds fairly often, so my check can make me look weak and induce a bluff. Besides, if I fold K of diamonds here, it would give him a hugely profitable bluff spot and make me exploitable, right?

I know game theory and real life can be different but what do you think, can we call river?

BTN: $781 (78.1 bb)
SB: $1,364.36 (136.4 bb)
BB: $535.10 (53.5 bb)
Hero (CO): $2,164.87 (216.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A K
Hero raises to $26, BTN raises to $75, 2 folds, Hero calls $49

Flop: ($165) 7 5 T (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $55, Hero calls $55

Turn: ($275) 2 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $150, Hero calls $150

River: ($575) K (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $501 and is all-in, Hero ???

I assume you fold all non diamonds on turn and call all flushes, so you have on river 9d9x and 8d8x as weakest hands. I guess from one card non nuts flushes you have spme of KdQx, QdA, KdA which is max 12 combos. You have AdT, AdJ-AdK, some of Ad2d-Ad9d
It looks that you have more than 50% Adx hands, meaning that you can call only Adx hands and you will be unexploitable. If you floated flop AxJd, KxJd you should probably call KdX

I would raise flop with around 50% flushes (all non nut are there) and 50% draws like KdQx, KxQd so that i can call river only Adx.

I think there are plenty of aggro guys who will cbet F with air and barrel bluff the T (myself included)

Usually this is done with straight draws.

Obv not thrilled with river spot but feels like it's too strong to fold. If you are playing lower limits vs a more passive opponent then it could be possible but at 1k I think people are aggro enough to 3barrel bluff some pure air combos
