if you really need the strategypoints i guess you can send this screenshot to pokerstrategy support, since its clearly shows you have maked 483,68 netpoints this month and i think they can calculate how much strategy points that is,, but maybe a moderator can confirm this :-)

Number of points accumulated=No. Of points to retain current VIP level - No. Of points still required to retain level.

Work this out and you'll know if you've gathered enough points and this screenshot can be used as evidence with an explanation of your current VIP level etc.

PS support will check this out for you I'm sure.

rompas and grbell are right, if you send us that screenshot, we'll certainly be able to work with that. It would also be helpful to know what type of games you play (cash/SNG/MTT). We'll then be able to determine how many StrategyPoints you would've gotten for the amount of NetPoints you received.

that netbet is not reporting SP will it be a problem for the pokerstragey freeroll there later this month?

If the StrategyPoint problem has been resolved before the freeroll, I'd imagine there should be no problems. If the problem still persists though, that might be an issue...

Is anybody else not being rewarded any NetPoints?

I have been playing Sitngo's to qualify for the $10k Freeroll but it says on My Account that I have earned 0 NetPoints this month.

Just to follow up on my previous reply, the missing StrategyPoints will not affect the $10k deposit freeroll this weekend. If you make a deposit and generate the required $5 worth of rake, you will be able to play. There should be no problems there.

If you're not earning any NetPoints, I'd strongly recommend contacting NetBet Poker support as this is certainly something on their end. The easiest way is to contact them via their live support but you can also send an email:

support@netbet.com

You still generate the rake, despite not earning any NetPoints, so I would assume that this won't affect the $10k freeroll either. However, it would be best to verify this with NetBet Poker.

Suddenly I got points for 19,20,21 and 22 of september and so Im at least qualified for silver status on PS so I dont have to worry even if the points system still isnt working.

But the good thing was that I fount a new icon with a speak bubble. When I clicked on that I got a chat-window and an immidieate response from something that seemed to be a human being. For the first time I got the feeling that this can turn into something better than poker770.

i also got points now i miss points only for period 4-11 but actually no idea if i played something at that dates , i do think this will turn out to be similiar as 770 when all pieces are at right place

Also got missing points today.

Contacted Netbet chat support yesterday and got immediate help and my missing deposit bonus money was added instantly.

As others have said hopefully things returning to normality.
