Villain is a reg 24/20/7(pretty aggro vs me,overall,esp 3b pre),3b from Sb 6%,fold vs 4b 77 on relevant sample

2nd Should I ever consider cbet 1/3 or 1/4 OTF ?and if i take this line,chck back turn,how to play river vs shove?

Hey Yozan,

Fold to 4b 77% is pretty huge, we should definitely be looking to 4b aggressively vs this opponent. 3b from the SB does look on the low side however. AQo is fine to 4b. AQs is fine to flat. Both hands are potentially ok to flat and 4b depending on villain.

Flop check back is totally fine especially if we estimate his preflop call-4b range to be on the tighter side.

Turn call pretty standard, although worth noting that opponents sizing is non-standard (possibly indicates he is not a strong regular).

River play is fine, value would be thin here, not sure if worse hands are actually ever calling.

And finally, we could totally bet 1/3rd pot on the flop but given how our ranges measure up vs villain I think flop check is actually the strongest option here.
