I originally downloaded the trial version of Elephant and it loaded successfully so i thought. However after over 100 hands no stats appeared etc. I followed the instructions to the letter and have even followed the blog answer from Batman. It seems elephant is working ok its just the PostgreSQL that keeps the databases from working. It reads fatal error 2800 or similar. I have uninstalled it following the guidelines on this site and reinstalled it direct from PostgreSQL and still get the same FATAL ERROR. I also tried uninstalling Elephant and reinstalling but just keep getting same message.

Previously i had tried to download the trial version of Poker Tracker 3 and that never worked either for this reason.

Ive been trying to work this out now for more than 2 days and haven't been able to work it out.

Can anyone help? My computer is VISTA

Thanks in advance

Its taken 3 days, a lot of hard work reading the blogs, uninstalling, reinstalling, checking blogs, checking settings, checking program files etc...but eventually got there.

This site IMO needs to give clearer instructions and details after the installation regarding the settings that you need to follow. ie Program Files, Hand History etc

i have the same problem with these fatal error, anybody knows how to fix it?
