The 300 post rule is so that potential stakers have a chance to get to know you.

Lazza61 gave you a link to the staking rules.

Read them over carefully. There are also tips in there on how to create a successful application.

Stakers will need to know enough about your ability to consider risking their money by letting you play poker with it.

The best way to do this is to be an active participant in the forums.

I suggest you create a blog, and post your results regularly. Post hands in the hand evaluation and hand discussion forums. Participate in the discussion of other players hands.

This way you build the reputation of a solid, knowledgeable player who is an active community member.
