Sh it is easy b/f, FR not so sure, but since you have overpair in 3-bet pot and he could go crazy with 77,88, then think it is fine.

why is it easy B/F in SH? because villain will have low pps/SCs and thus FH/straight more often?

or is it also because players would raise better hands on the flop?

I don't like b/f - we just have 10 dollars left if we bet. If we bet we have to call the shove imo. I do check behind due to the fact it's fr and hope to see the showdown for free. On the river I call a small bet but fold to any big bet.
