Moved your hand to Hand discussions for Tournaments, because an regular MTT is no SNG:f_wink:

If I was in your shoes I have no calling range with 20BB stack out of position.
Further is it good to know what paid-outs are of the tournament to give you good feedback.

The 80K raise was imho looking a bit weak. Since BB is 40K this is a min raise. And people who min raise open always get a note in my collection since min raise looks and de facto IS a bit weak. Make it 2.5BB and it will look much more professional. His 3bet range looks a bit agressive, would be interesting to 4bet him to just see his reaction, but you lack the chips for experiments. In a cash game I'd 4bet just for information here and see his hand/reaction, but as played in such a tourney a fold would be appropriate.

im not folding if he 3b me often

means i 4b AI or like to 340k which is close to a min. so i can jam any flop basically giving him not the best odds to call off.

im not folding AT here to a villain who been aggressive and bc of that he almsot has to call even worse hands sometimes or he will be played back way more often in the near future. at least this will be in his mind and getting him to call a bit lighter than he normally would. and we are 4 handed. and he s trying to icmabuse you and and and... so whats the reason again to fold here if hes raising almost atc there?
