When i look at the top100 of several poker rooms, i see that alot of platinum member, diamond members or black members are on there.
Why are these races not more attractive for micro stakes players?

As far as I understand it, that's because microstakes players are given Silver and Gold statuses that are of good value themselves (in comparison with those players' small monthly rake); it's grinders who need additional money to go with their Diamond status.
Members who show up on Top100 leaderboards are automatically Diamond/BM by the end of the month just because taking a prize in the Top100 usually requires earning more than 7500 SPs in the month.
