I think I overplayed my hand. IMO 4-bet with KK+ is fine here but with the QQ I should just flat and play post flop. How would you play it and why ?

I wouldn't 4bet QQ while you are that deep.
Simply call his 3bet and play him postflop. That way his range is way looser and you should have a decent equity.
By 4betting you are pressing most of his worse holdings out of the hand and it gets difficult for you to perform decently.
