I would cbet to 2500 beause of protection and pot controll, his range is full of BW hands you do not want too see any T+ turn card on the board.

As played I would call also on the turn, we are on the top of our range. On the other hand maybe an exploitative fold would be a good choice, after this sizing he will continue on a lot of river.

*Edit: what do you think about a river shove? He has never 2x but your range includes some A2 cards after flop check, turn call. His 1/3 pot sized bet rather a value/pot controll bet, maybe it is the time to turn our card into a bluff.

The open raise preflop is questionable and depends on tableflow and dynamics that we don't know about.
In a 6max situation the open raise is likely to be alright.

On the flop I prefer to check behind as well. We can't represent anything with our opening range (well - maybe pockets, but you know how it goes). Since I don't want to get check raised and my hand is quite weak with a solid showdown value I am not sad to keep the pot small.
Cbetting is a solid option of course. I personally prefer checking behind in this constellation.

Although you didn't cbet his turnbet seems rather strong. I don't think he is bluffing such a board all that much. Especially with this sizing.
Fold would have been the best option here I guess.
