IMO: 3bet to 2222 / fold > fold >> 3bet push >>>> 3bet/call

Your opponent doesn't seem to be very loose.
I think 3bet/fold > fold > push > 3bet/call
If he was more aggressive pushing or even 3bet/calling would make more sense.
