Could fold out AJ, KJ and maybe QJ with the turn raise, but I wonder if a c/c isnt better with this much equity. If he shoves me on turn, i would hate myself

Hey KoeNe4U,

Preflop is fine.

Flop x/c likely good with 2nd pair and backdoor draw here.

Pretty nice turn card. I'd likely just x/c again since we have some measure of showdown-value. X/r can potentially be +EV still.

As played I'd probably just bet the river really small for value from any pair/2pair/set etc. Checking is reasonable, potentially even a x/f depending on his bluffing frequencies. A lot of his range has at least a pair and guys will tend towards checking back showdown-value at these limits rather than turning it into a bluff.
