Same here, problem was solved for 800 hands, now it is the same again. CG zoom, PT4.
for HM2 users downgrading to earlier patch solved the problem at least for me, here is the link, good luck

There has been a small update again with PT4 this morning and it is better a bit but still not good. Sometimes it freezes sometimes only just one of the tables or just sits you out randomly it is very annoying ...
Anyone else experiencing connection problems right now? I can log in to pokerstars but everything I do happens after a 45sec delay opening table etc... Otherwise my internet works fine.
Yeah pokerstars is not working basically at all currently for me. At least in Finland many players seem to have serious connectivity problems.
I received a compensation package today from stars over the disconnect issues.
They gave me $2.65. What a f-n joke.
I figure I am out around $50 from all the disconnect issues.
I am not pleased.
Maybe I should go after pokertracker4 for the balance as it was their software that caused the problems.
What I will probably do is nothing and be a big boy about it and just suck-it-up and carry on.

Did they explain on that email how they calculated it?
