99 sets bad play

I definitely would not fold here. Big bet flop is fine since it is NL2 and there is no need to worry about balance. Turn I would bet more. At least 0.5, probably 0.55$. As played it is definite call since you have 10 auts and in my opinion nice implied odds, if you get your full house he will pay at least one more bet with it.

Even if he shows you the nut flush, you still should not fold turn as you have 22.5% equity and are getting 5 to 1 (20%). This means you have direct odds to call turn even if he never puts another cent in on the river (but he most likely will).

Minraise usually is a nutted hand so even though we have top set, I think we can fold if he jams the river and we haven't made a boat.

I agree with LordHorius about betting bigger on turn but I'd go even bigger, like 0.6-0.7
