Turn size is a bit dodgy, yeah but I also think it lets us rule out QQ/TT as I doubt they pot turn. I think BB vs BU though, he can definitely be value betting worse hands. I imagine he is feeling pretty comfortable barreling w AQ/KQ/QT/QJ when you don't raise preflop, flop or turn. I imagine since he has all offsuit AQ/KQ/QT/QJ these will definitely not be so outnumbered by flush draws that you can't call river on pot odds.

Why can't he have QQ/TT, he gets max value out of flushes, we can easily have 6x as well. I would be shocked to see him potting turn with AQ,KQ,QT,QJ or even AA,KK. We don't have QQ,TT in our range, we raise T6s,66 on flop so we don't have those combos on the turn. We raise some combo draws as well on the flop. But still have a decent amount of flushes and 6x on the turn. Raising anything vs a pot size turn bet is just bad, since he is repping a polarized range.

Exploitativly I think I fold river, firstly since this guy seems tight so far(I know lol sample) and you don't see many tight guys potting any street as a bluff very often. Secondly, I didn't do any math but I'm pretty sure we have better hands to call his river bet with. Hands with high  cards are good to call since they block more of his high flush combos, as well as :Qx: J♥:, :Qx: K♥: (if we don't 3bet it), better 6x.
