I don’t know how reliable the 3 bets stat is, but 10% 3 bet is decent amount.
You need to have a decent sample to make conclusions about it.

I expect he will 3 bet enough weaker hands than JJ and maybe you get also action of worse if you 4 bet shove. That’s why I shove in this situation and your stack is also not deep enough to play JJ profitable post-flop.
