ok this guy has been 3betting the heck out of me for a long time, he is playin 168 hands 25/21 with a 3bet stat of 17,4 overall and cbet in 3bet pot of 60% on flop

what I am doing here is simply bluffcatching his light 3betting range

there is only a jack that is killing my pockets and I know he doesn't have it in his range the majority of the time

so once he checks on flop I go for a bet to try take down the pot right there since he looks very weak and he is, but he decides to check raise me with a check raise % of 18

So I call his check raise to re plan on turn

now I think on turn I made a big mistake, Check folding here would be fine

instead of pushing since I'm getting called only by hands that beat me

what do you think?

you can vs so agro guy also 4bet/call 88+, AQ+. IF he is folding too much vs 4bet, then you benefit a lot by having loser bluff range (which I would do as default), and if he calls 4bet or 5bets agressive, then you have value with your 4bet range of 88+, AQ, since he will call very wide range in that case and play OOP. I think 2x 4bet size is ok vs so loose range, especially if he folds too much.

flop I would bet for protection 30% pot, your bet size is too big, you basically turn it into bluff. turn is same as on flop, with difference that on flop you might have some value with so big bet size, but on turn it is pure bluff with 2 outs.

pre fine
post: check the flop
call most turns
reevaluate river

overall: just 4bet him light and call decent broadways and suited connecters.
