Why do you c/f the river?
In a 3bet pot you are likely also seeing JJ, QQ with your opponent which you beat and have a valuebet against!

Ship it.
Reasoning: You block most flushdraws which call a PF 3bet. You will not fold to his riverbet anyway. So rather bet and get called by JJ/QQ.
If you check, he might check back QQ/JJ, so you lose a lot of value.
