Pokerstars as I know allows only one account per person. i think you can open at party poker and play there, it is much easier than stars.
Hi Doca - to get strategy points or free money - it must be a new account on a new room where you sign up through PokerStrategy.
Most (if not all) rooms only allow one account per customer, and opening up a second account is against their terms and conditions and can result in your account being locked and money seized.
