After his raise on turn - I am thinking i am behind so fold is best decision here?

It's NL2 and if you know UTG is a fish, I would raise 10 and even 12bb. And you want to bet more flop and turn.
At NL2 you want max value, not thin value
If he was a reg, I would probably be very careful on turn as I would not believe they would call this flop lightly.

Can you give some stats on villain?
Just remember that facing a turn raise is the worst thing for your hand.
