Poker Stars, $1.29 Buy-in (150/300 blinds, 25 ante) No Limit Hold'em Tournament, 6 Players

Pokerstars 27 man, top 5 get paid

I had been at the same table as Villian for a while and he had been playing tight, only played 2 of thelast 20 hands, once he showdown 99
stats: 15/11 3bet 8.8% over 120 hands

Once he shoves can I fold? Assuming he is a tight player I dont think hes shoving AQ, AJ, AT, KQ or KJ or any hand Im dominating, so looking back I think at best I'm flipping, so I think I can fold, still have 18 adjusted BB and be comfortable in 3rd place

SB: 13,345 (44.5 bb)
BB: 5,011 (16.7 bb)
UTG: 5,328 (17.8 bb)
Hero (MP): 7,824 (26.1 bb)
CO: 2,519 (8.4 bb)
BTN: 6,473 (21.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A K
UTG folds, Hero raises to 630, CO folds, BTN raises to 6,448 and is all-in, 2 folds, Hero calls 5,818

Flop: (13,496) 3 Q J (2 players, 1 is all-in)
Turn: (13,496) 4 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
River: (13,496) 9 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Results:

Spoiler

You cover him by 5BB, so I would not fold. Regardless of whether you cover him or not, you should use some software like Holdem Resources Calculator to know whether this is a fold or a call with the given stacksizes and prizepool.
