I would check the turn and bet little bigger on river.

Bet bigger on the flop.

(IF HE ONLY CALLS THE FLOP BET):
Bet turn, turn is a good card to keep betting, any bluffs that you could have would bet this turn as well. Checking is not that terrible, however, if you decide to do it, bet like 2$ on the river(he wont believe you have a Q after you check the turn).

(IF HE RAISE THE FLOP BET):
Just 3bet and get it in.

Flop minraise I think it represents mostly 77-JJ.

I don't understand the call on the flop after he raises when you are OOP. I always 3bet and get it in right there. I doubt he has a 6, rarely 22, AA and KK.

I not 3bet him on flop, I think that isolating he's range on 3x trips. Its better way when I just called because I have equity for that and he can continued he's bets on the next streets with randomly range.

As we have best hand in almost every situation here, I am against betting turn. We can slowplay here. Maybe larger bet on flop would be succesful, but I think as board is dry - no need to bet larger.
On turn hero check to let villain continue on his bluff.
So river bet would be bigger because of that villain maybe could make some bad decision because of villain check and call with weaker.
