As grinding off a First Deposit Bonus doesn't seem that important, you could pick and choose whatever you like.
PokerStars is the obvious choice but if you want the fishier players PKR (which you already have) and 888 would be the best options just ahead of MicroGaming (PokerHeaven and 24hBet) and the iPoker skins.

MicroGaming (PokerHeaven and 24hBet) have it as Blaze but getting action after NL2 may be a problem.

If you can go with PokerStars, go with PokerStars. At the moment we have a special promotion on where you could pick up an extra 600 SPs by creating and playing on tracked accounts at PokerStars and Full Tilt. You can read about it here.
If you are looking for softer traffic, it can be a bit problematic outside Stars. PKR (no Fast Fold) and 888 have reasonable traffic but I think there is a restriction on how many tables you can play per limit at 888. I think this only applies to Snap (Fast Fold).
MicroGaming has traffic at regular tables but not at Blaze (Fast Fold). iPoker has traffic at both regular and Speed (Fast Fold).
It would depend on other factors on which would be best.
If you want the fishiest players and are not concerned about FDBs or loyalty programs, then consider PKR or 888.
If you want the best signup bonuses then a MicroGaming or iPoker skin would be the best option.
If you want to be tested by the strongest player pools, grab the combined PokerStars/Full Tilt offer as linked to above.

The game has changed somewhat over the past few years. When I started the recommended open raise was 4 BB but you never see that any more -- and that's just one example.
I suggest that you do a quick review of the basics following the lesson suggestions in No Limit Hold'em lessons overview

Yes, they pretty basic, but it is pretty much all you need at the lower limits.

Hello, I need some advice where to play. I play No limit holdem , love tournaments with 1-5 $ buy in.
Im playing everyday, about 2-3hours a day , and maximum 2 tables at one time. I would love to find a some good poker site like pokerstars, but there is a problem becouse my country have problem with many pokersite licenses, so it hard to register in new places. My time Zone is UTC.
I have account at 888 poker, FullTILT POKER and betsafe poker,favorite of them is fulltilt ,and 888 but i dont like the skin and the style what there are playing.
So It would be great if you could suggest me where to play with many tournaments, and freerolls,bonuses and everthing else.

I didn't remember much about my experiences on the first one, but there is no much tables on WH.
Plus both sites have big casino adverts and banners, and I hate it so much. So, now I'm thinking
about playing on PokerStars or 888poker. What do you think? Should I stay on PokerStars?

As you already have access to betsafe, you would already have access to bothe the Microgaming and Ongame player pools so you would have some idea of the tourneys and player pools. You could still join PokerHeaven (Microgaming, Ongame) or 24hBet (Microgaming) to take advantage of free money, tracking and FDBs.
This leaves PKR and iPoker skins. I have a couple of screenshots taken in early evening your time.

Hey Anastasia,
You could stay on PokerStars. They have also recently introduced NL16 as well which I have heard is softer than NL10.
PKR has pretty good traffic at regular tables at NL25. I expect the games would be much softer than PokerStars.
MicroGaming (PokerHeaven and 24hBet) have pretty good traffic at regular tables but nothing at Blaze (Fast Fold). PokerHeaven also has the advantage of access to OnGame as well so when one network is slow, you could switch to the other using one login and one balance. Ongame traffic is borderline for playing 6-8 tables but they do have NL20 and NL30 so you could mix. Only traffic at regular tables, nothing at Strobe (Fast Fold).
Have you considered Full Tilt. They have better traffic, both at Rush and regular tables plus you can pair it with your PokerStars account for easy money transfers between the two clients.

You already have most of our options covered and I have checked rather late but PKR has 4 tables of NL4 and 8 tables of NL10 (PKR doesn't have fast fold). They have limited support but they do have a 200% FDB up to $1000 and 32% RB payable by the room for serious grinders and at the hours you are looking to play then you should qualify for at least 20%, maybe the full 32%.
This is the view from 24hBet (MicroGaming) There is no fast fold (Blaze) running atm:
If you signup through to any MG site, this will get you a 200% FDB plus 30% guaranteed rakeback. If you sign up to PokerHeaven (MicroGaming), you'll also get access to the OnGame network by using the same login and account balances.
