^This for me to. A general rule I use is to fold one pair hands when recreational players at micros get excited on the river like that. It gets easy after a while. Are they bluffing every now and again? Of course. Do I care? Nh. 
Against fish, I think we should bet bigger. Of coruse, from time to time they could bluff the river or value bet A5, for example, but in generall, the call would be unprofitable, so we should feel right when folding.
