When I flat AK on the button vs UTG or MP open raise and get squeezed from the blinds. When should I 4bet, when should I call?

I doubt calling should be an option if UTG decides to come along since we don't want a multiway pot. Maybe more inclined to call if original raiser folds but if he callls then we could consider backjamming as there is more money in the pot which will increase our EV if we get called. I believe UTG's would be deadmoney unless he knows you backjam and decides to trap.
