Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♦, A♠
MP3 calls, CO raises, 2 folds, Hero 3-bets, MP3 calls, CO caps, Hero calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (12,50 SB) K♦, 7♥, 3♠ (3 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, Hero calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (7,75 BB) Q♥ (3 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, Hero calls, MP3 folds.

River: (9,75 BB) 2♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11,75 BB

Can I fold this on the flop? The pot is big and I have about 3 outs. (Is it too much?)
Can I calldown after the Q on the turn?

This is a really though spot on the flop where a fold is probably the best decision, you are oop so when you hit you have to call down and if you are ahead you often will lose value on the turn or the river because he doesn't bet a worse hand again and you will pay of a lot of better hands.

I'd fold aswell with only reverse implied odds.

reverse implied odds, that was what I was looking for

Ha me too.

Fold flop is indeed the best you can do here.
