delay in being credited ps points

same here bonus count stuck at 18 and with only two days left on level up promotion don't know where I am very tilty

As the StrategyPoints were assigned just now, your Bonus Points will most likely get updated overnight. So come tomorrow, your Bonus Points should hopefully be credited as well.

If not, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can forward this to our IT department again.
