Agree, but if we are in the sb with a big stack and the bb has us covered, I would assume for the most part that we are going to have 15bb+, so open shoving would be last thing I would considering. If the big stack is just going to punish us everytime we raise then we just have to take our medicine and fold. There's so many combinations and eventualities that its hard to cover them all. But in situations where I'm oop and 2nd in chips to a monster stack who's just going sick on it, then I will be playing very passively.
Yeah I don't like talking in all these 'what ifs' either. I was trying to get a feel for how much you take ICM into consideration on the FT. I was worrying that my years spent studying ICM were all for nothing!
What would be more useful to the discussion is me watching one of your coachings and taking it from there!
Unfortunately there will be no coaching tonight. I am having some serious software issues and it's making life really difficult for me. Will hopefully be back next week when I've managed to find some kind of solution.
There's a chance that there may not be a coaching tonight, my internet keeps dropping and obviously wont be able to grind if it carries on. Will update later if I get a quick fix from my ISP.
To let everyone know, this weeks session will be at the usual time but on Friday 21st instead of the regular Tuesday spot.
As I am currently running a new series, please see the link below to post feedback:
I feel with 180 man Turbos that its just a question of playing ABC poker for the first few levels as most of the player including the regs certainly at $2.50 180 man level are really lose and can't wait to get the money in the middle and flip.
Please give me your feedback
Totally agree with this comment as from learning the hard way in exact situations to in which you have described
