UTG seems loose, you are both deeper and he is opening 2bb - easy 3bet preflop imo.

Flop: probably fold is weak but with folding you will avoid doing more costly mistakes.

I like the idea of 3 betting preflop and not letting others to join from behind.
On the flop the fact that you raise mw and villain 3 bets is very strong.

Keeping some strong hands in your range is a good idea (as you move up), but maybe all QQ is too much. (Make it the all red ones and the all black ones = 33% + one AA (out of six) and one KK?, just an idea.)

call QQ MP v UTG is fine as a default

It's important to adjust vs your villian though, the wider villian is, and the more villian calls 3bets the more likely I will 3B QQ.

General tendencies at these stakes is people fold alot UTG therefore I prefer to flat, infact vs some people I am only using a like a 4% bluff range in the spot MPvsUTG

I think pre you can go either way but I don't really like the flop raise....in theory if you raise it we gotta call it off i guess especially if he's capable of playing a medium strength range like 88-JJ or JTs,QJs,KQs,AJs like this... but normally at these limits people aren't 4bet jamming here with the draw so folding probably ok. OTF I guess call and be wary of the late positions and hope for like a off suit J or T OTT

very easy preflop 3b. flop raise is bad, you are def isolating yourself against better unless players are dumb

I prefer to 3bet pre, but I have 0% call mp pre, so that might not tell you much. I think flop reraise is especially bad since you're that deep and you don't want to play a difficult hand for your stack here. I can see the temptation with that drawy a board, but he won't be sitting there with two hearts or a straight draw most of the time, since he raised from utg pf. So yes, I think you're isolating yourself against better hands here.
