villains wts% is so high figure I would call the river bet since he showed no strength during the hand even though I couldn't beat much.

Should I call the river bet here or just fold?

I think it's close. I think he has the 6 or the 7. Other than that I can only really see a pure bluff since you checked all 3 streets and he just wants to take the pot without a showdown.

You're only getting 2.25:1 to call, thus I think it is close, since he will often have 7 or a better 6.

But if you have a read on him and figure you are ahead of those odds, then the calldown is fine.

Why not betting the flop? You said that he will call alot so this includes worse hands as well. I like to bet/fold all streets here. He can calldown with A- or K-high so exploit this. If he raises you are beat.
