Hi everyone, I would class myself as serious player but don't play poker professionally just yet!! I would really like advise on how to improve your game away from the table, i seem to find that I am making a lot of mistakes at the tables and losing money more often than I win. Could someone with more experience of working on there game give me there routine on what they do after they have finished a session.

Can you tell what games you play exactly so we can help you better?
What you can do after a session is go trough some difficult hands and spots (you should try to mark hands while playing if you have PokerTracker 4 or Hold'em Manager 2. Post hands to our hand evaluations forums to get other players opinions. Do some math. etc. There is a lot you can do.
