I would say Pokerstars has the most and most consistent traffic, more players generally also means more bad players in the mix. Ipoker has virtually no traffic in the afternoon before 4pm, and if you find tables you will generally see a couple of 2plo multitabling "regs" already on there which is then already a third of a 6max table : ) but in the evening the traffic picks up and the games can get quite fishy/juicy.
I play stars 2PLO/5PLO at the minute and the volume is consistent through the day on stars. Still reg'ish but they don't have a huge edge on the fish at the tables.
Stars for me, I tried some Ipoker sites but the volume is very low.

and i play on 0.01-0.02 so not so much but just start to play on omaha pot limit
more good and NL hold'em
Get yourself on the stars tables, you can just use easy seat in session mode and it should be a good start to multitable.
