Not really sure about the actions here, should I call on the turn or not?

According to the strategy you should go broke with draws when you are the preflop aggressor, so when I hit draw on the turn I would go broke.

Besides, I think you can count like 14 outs on the turn with FD and 2 OCs, so you should go broke on that turn anyway with your remaining stack.

You just need 18% EQ when you call.
I think you have that much EQ, because you have nearly 9 Outs for your FD, and some Outs for your OC.

Perhaps you should read again the Odds and Outs articel.

You got an additional 8 outs on the Turn and that gives me enough reason to second barrel this one on 4th street

Of course you could also bet the Turn. Because you have a lot of EQ.
