I need some help because I'm not understanding the range-results that HRC is giving me for my calculation.

I guess my issue to understand the results is rather a general one -> this hand is just an example....I could have posted any other hand as well.
(I've run the HRC calculation in ChipEV mode and 3bet as last option so instead of the SB raising to ~1k just imagine him shoving his total stack ~3.2k)
I open raise the BTN to 313 and the SB stuffs his 3.2k stack in. I have to call 2908 to win 3864 chips = I get 1.328 : 1 = I need 42,9% Equity to make a call
I open HRC and give the SB the following 3bet range vs my BTN open raise: 32% (22+ Ax k6s+ kto+ q8s+ qto+ j8s+ jto t8s+ 97s+ 87s 76s)
So far so good. Now HRC tells me to call off his shove with 25% (22+ Axs A3o+ k9s+ kto+ qts+ qjo jts)
What I don't understand is: when i run SB's 3bet range vs. my calling range (equilab) I have ~52% equity against him BUT I actually only need 42,9% equity (pot odds 1.328:1). So my calling range should be wider than the 25% that HRC displays.
So where is the catch in my thought process there. What am I missing out?
