First in I would always raise. Even with 22 here.
As played the flop looks pretty standard to me.
I would stack off as well without any info on the player.

I have the same doubt with small pairs.

I would fold 22 in earlier positions, I don't open it till HJ (1 position before CO, in 6max this is MP). Same for 33 and 44.

55+ I open raise from EP in 6max, but if playing 9 handed in the first 3 positions I'd raise 77+ and fold lower pocket pairs.

This should keep you out of trouble with low pockets in 2015

The articles that tell you to limp are from like 2006? Or way long ago back where it wasn't seen as a bad play
