Ask yourself what are the card that he might raise versus sb (in specific situation that is blind war). The board seems pretty wet, that's, most likely why u had opportunity to see the big bet on the turn. He might have hit the turn or set earlier. Nevertheless, your range is pretty domininated by two pairs (A8, A9, AJ), I doubt he could have raised u with weaker Ace than these ones. Fold then seems reasonable.

because I don't expect him to fully understand how to play in blind war and stack off light and assuming that AQo isn't super happy stack off when I feel comfortable playing 3bet pot OOP, but I haven't played micro for years so I might be wrong

Edit: and for 4bet bluffs I would preffer hands like offsuited broadways or something like AT/AJ o

if the guy is really nitty we could consider 4bet bluffing AQ but call is pretty standard here BvB

We beat only AT, so we do not call 2/3 bet.

I believe that against unknowns we can put this hand into our calling range vs 3bets. I doubt that we can 4bet for value. I think that the rest of the hand is also played fine.
