Please post one hand per thread anyway ♦.

In both hands a fold is optimal because we have nothing invested, and we are on the bubble. I am not too unhappy about making a -$EV call in the first hand though to avoid further worse spots (in the very near future). In the second hand though I'm definitely folding as I still have a healthy stack to wait for better spots (so the hands are different)

I would call both aswell btw, although I might doubt about the second one.

We're pretty good against his range though? Only flipping vs. pocket pairs and crushing most other hands he pushes.
Villain (should) push only "power hands" like pocket pairs and AT.. KQ, so we are good against that range.

Doubling up doesn't get us automaticly in the money, but assures a lot of good spots to push later on.

Me and helemaalnicks discussed this on Skype (too many profanities to post here). I am naturally nittier than he is, so I recognised the possibility that in these bubble spots we should probably be folding AKo. I then checked in SNGWizard whether I was right, and indeed if either opponent pushes any two cards, we still have a -$EV call (= I was right). helemaalnicks: However it's one of those spots where if you don't pick it up, that's no problem.. we can definitely still see players easily maintaining a nice ROI at almost any limit without recognising these spots in-game.

But I'd still fold second hand because villain's range is a lot tighter than any two cards here, and the move is too -$EV.
