Also, the Silver status here on PokerStrategy.com will be awarded within 3 days (hopefully sooner). We need to wait until we get the relevant report from William Hill until we can upgrade your status. So this should be resolved soon automatically!

I also didnt get the 20$ bonus from poker strategy. And this message is on william hill but is titled PokerStrategy First Deposit Package Awarded

I just checked your data in our system and it appears the transfer was completed on the 7th of September already, so the money should've been credited by now.

Well I got the first 10 $ in the first place. But there should be an extra 20$ once i deposit... And that I didn't receive. is there a delay to that ?

Also, next to that offer it says "alternatively you also receive $20 free cash once you generate $5 rake (= 25 StrategyPoints)" I have generated more than that and got nothing. sorry if I have so many questions i am rather confused

Regarding the additional $20, again just send us a ticket or contact William Hill support. We (or they) can then look into it for you so that everything can hopefully be resolved soon. As a sidenote, the $20 bonus will be credited within 48 hours after your deposit (or after raking $5) so keep that in mind as well.
