Hello, one more player playing spins is here.I try most of the poker formats before, but have profit only from live cash and MTT.At the end of april i decide to try Spin N Go.I never play HU before,so i begin from 3$ limit (i have bank,at least for 7$).I work full time job and its hard for make good volume, but i try. Results wasnt good enough:

38chip/game and i run under EV (in $ winnings),but that is not so important on that limit.

I wasnt happy with my chipEV results,so from last week i focus only on my game and dont care about volume (at least for now). This is results for now, hope continue that way.

I will post hands where my chipEV go down and analyze, trying to get better in this format.

2 hands from today:

https://gyazo.com/67329856e797ac0f0e32a28e28da13fb
opponent open every SB and i havent hand to defend until now, with this stak prefer push than call because when he open 90% of hands i expect lot of FE.

https://gyazo.com/c6715b367738ab74e2af057df7ce4439
Opponent limps 100%,if i was in position i will just check, but here think push vs 90-95% range is ok.

Hi, Drakona32,
Have you seen the Spingo videos here?

Other than a few games when I was bored, I have never played them, but I am going to play at least 63 of them for the PokerStars Challenge, so I've been reading and watching.

This link is a =en&submit=Search"]video search for "Tim64" who had a number of live coaching for Jackpot SnGs. They are in the list along with some irrelevant stuff -- but you can pick what you want.
This =en&submit=Search"]video search targets Spingos, and gives some good ideas on things to watch for in opponents

This article and this one also cover the topicl

I really rather prefer articles to videos. Videos take an hour or more to watch, and the information total is about what a two-page article would contain. Plus you can copy-paste-edit the material in articles.

Oh well, videos are the way of the future, I guess.

Hope some of those help...

Happy Crushing!

I think can make him fold 8 or 9 with bet on this river.

Bet 3 streets with something worst than my hand on this bord?Dont think so.

I beat all Qx,Jx,QJ wich he will bet after my check on flop and he less likely to have 3.

Are these hypers?

Not a lot you can do in that format.

"Once the chips are in the middle, all the skill is out the window"
Meaning you have no room to manoeuvre post-flop.

To my way of thinking they're tough games.

Ask me how tough tomorrow after I've played my 62 remaining Spingos.
(I won the first one :profit: )

Cheers,

Hi, Drakona32,
With top trips on an unpaired board, with only a low straight draw to worry you, I think that the turn call is OK.

Pocket 5s and 7s have you beat already, so that leaves only pocket 3s and 64 to get there OTR

But I've trapped and ended up trapping myself, so who knows?

I ended up with 23 firsts, 27 2nds and 12 thirds overall.
I posted a couple of the hands in my blog.

I've played a few since, and currently stand completely break-even.

Best of luck,
VS

I dont expect player who just check from BB vs 2 limps has Ax, so i think he doesn`t have A of hearts.

I can't see A3o or A4o doing anything other than check in BB, actually.

It seems to me that with TP and an OK kicker it is necessary to bet that flop.

My plan is to check/reiz this flop, because player at BB was aggressive.
