i'd 3-bet to at least ~3.25 preflop

lead flop! he will often check behind and you want to build a pot, as you checked flop i would go for a c/r, then bet bet bet bet bet

as played turn is fine, but bet river! you luckily play against some kind of donk who likes being check-raised tiwce in one hand most of all players will check behind river unless they have some kind of nuts...

I would bet more(you don't want to give cheap flop against pocket pairs and Ax hands)

I would play check/raise on flop, lead on the turn with 2/3 potsize (board is becomming unpleasanty drawy)
raise more o the river

Raise a few more preflop. Then cbet the flop and bet all streets. Especially versus QQ in that case you extracted a lot of value but in general this is not as profitable as the bet/bet/bet approach.

raise biger preflop 3 x times original raise + one more for every caller .
lead that flop . you will always lead with air + you let them check behind some draws or hands that will call a flop bet
as played shove the river
