The best way to convert money before transfering

If I was you I would change all my money in euro’s before I transfer it to Skrill.
I expect that is the cheapest option and than you have most likely no currency costs.

There is no exchange fee when you convert your funds in pokerstars cashier so it is definitely better way to do it. You said that you are changing room because of horrible rakeback. Have you calculated how much pokerstars much lower rake compensates with it?

I haven't yet, basically I want to take my €1000 and deposit it somewhere and clear the first deposit bonus of that page.

Yes, I also think it is best - add currency on Stars (Euros), convert into Euros on stars, ship to skrill. I found that the fees on skrill itself are too high.
