Small sample, but he looks like a passive guy, so I would be inclined to bet/fold this on the flop. On the other way, since he is probably a fish, he is maybe capable of play that way with Qx. I wouldn't call his raise in either case. I would rather shove. We are commited on the turn anyway.

That could mean that he likes to lead limped pots and just call raised pots... The AF doesn't really work for me anymore, I rather look at other stats, I think I don't even have it in my HUD anymore. He looks passive by his VPIP/PFR which are more to trust.
I'd definitely bet/shove that flop, he is a fish, he might go nuts with Qx (even being passive, he might think he has the best hand).
