I'm curious about how I should crate the payouts for a big field tournament on pokerstars.
Bigger11 14,000 enterants 2250 players paid.
Do I enter every amount paid till 2250th place finish?
I see ICM $EV allows me to enter total prize pool, but ICM %EV doesn't.
I desperately need help with this.

You can only calculate ICM with icmizer if there are 60 players or less in the tournament.
I don’t use icmizer enough to filled up prize pools of these kind of tournaments, but I expect the icmizer supporter will know this. That’s why I recommend posting the same question in the https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=2139221#post2139221 as well.
