It’s not to likely that the someone will have a ace on the flop. That’s why I would consider to shove the shove with middle pair. This way you protect you’re hand against draws and if you bet lets say 300 or so you’re committed if someone will shove. That’s pretty much the same if you bet the turn. As played I would shove the turn for same reasons.
